Doll care & instructions

We recommend you wash the dolls by hand and lay flat to dry or spot clean small stains with mild soap and water. If you choose to wash the doll in the washing machine make sure to wash it on a short and cold gentle cycle and allow to air dry.

All our dolls are made of 100% premium cotton yarn and filled with hypoallergenic polyester fill.

Our dolls are lovingly hand knitted by artisans in Peru. This makes each doll unique and special with slight variations. 

Shipping

We offer domestic flat rate shipping for $4.99 for books under $50 and $9.99 for all other purchases. All orders over $75 ship for free.

At this time, we ship to every state in the US except Ohio and Massachusetts.

We do not replace orders that are marked as delivered, but if an order is lost in transit we are happy to send you a replacement.

Returns

You have 14 days to return any product (with the exception of gift cards and sale items) if it is unused and in its original packaging. We do not accept used or opened items.

You may return an opened product if it is defective/damaged. Please contact us as soon as you notice any problems with your items.
