About Lara:
My name is Omolara, but you can call me Lara! I love cooking and wearing ankara dresses! My favorite subject is math!
One day, I want to be an astronaut and walk on the moon. Mae Jemison is my hero! She was the first Black woman to go to space!
Omolara means "a child is family" in Yorùbá, a language spoken in West Africa.
